Yak the Kathmandu Kitchen serve delicious culturally rich authentic foods from Himalayan region which includes Nepali, Indian, Tibetan, and Bhutanese dishes at great ambiance with warm hospitality. Our food is cooked in traditional Nepali style with Nepali masala, which is mixture of many spices and herbs from the Himalayan mountains — at Yak The Kathmandu Kitchen.

Most popular and all time favorite evergreen Nepali Mo:Mo (Dumpling) is also being popular in Sweet Home Alabama. Finely chopped cabbage, potato and minced meat is combined with onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, spices and herbs. The mixture is filled in round piece of white flour dough and then cooked by steaming over a soup for 15 minute. Mouth watering Mo:Mo (Dumpling) is serve with traditional Nepali style pickle achar.
